On Wednesday 22 October 2014 the TV3 programme “Divendres” visited our airfield. There were all kinds of aviation activities: delta trike, autogyro, demonstrations by firefighting aircraft, helicopters… and, of course, we couldn’t be left out: gliding!
Alongside the flying demonstrations, the journalists interviewed representatives of each of the disciplines; on our behalf, we were represented by our president, Josep Lluís Tàpia Molins, who gave our air sport a little publicity.
Although the wait was long —the live broadcast was between 5 and 6 in the afternoon— the experience was quite interesting.
We take this opportunity to thank the members who came to help with preparing the gliders, cleaning and, of course, flying. Thank you all!
